You work side by side with the Maintenance Manager to make sure guests, students, and teammates feel comfortable, safe, and taken care of every single day.
From quick repairs to preventative checks, you’rehands‑on, practical, and always one step ahead. No two days look the same, andthat’sexactly how you like it.You’repart of the local hub team, trusted to take ownership, work independently, and jump in where needed.

- Handle day-to-day maintenance issues across the hotel, from plumbing and lighting to locks and small repairs
- Complete daily walkarounds and keep indoor and outdoor areas clean, safe, and looking sharp
- Carry out preventative maintenance checks to spot issues before they become problems
- Tackle minor painting and cosmetic fixes when things need a refresh
- Support and coordinate external contractors when specialist work is needed
