About the role
We are a global technology company providing innovative solutions to customers across the engineering, construction and technology sectors.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team, based in Italy, with responsibility for driving business growth across DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and NEE (Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland). The role will focus on developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships and supporting our growth across these international markets. Regular travel within the assigned territories will be required.
This is a highly commercial and customer-facing role, with responsibility for managing the full sales cycle within a multi-million-dollar international market. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing accounts and build long-term relationships with customers, partners, distributors and other key industry stakeholders.
Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Product Management, Marketing and other functions,
you will play an important role in achieving sales targets and supporting the continued growth of our business.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to drive growth across the assigned territory.
Identify, develop and manage sales opportunities from initial lead through to negotiation and closing.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, distributors, dealers and industry partners.
Develop a strong understanding of the regional market, industry trends and customer needs.
Present and demonstrate our technical products and solutions, clearly communicating their value to customers.
Negotiate commercial agreements and manage the sales process through to successful delivery.
Manage the complete sales pipeline using CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date opportunity and customer information.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports and budgets in collaboration with senior management.
