Entrerai nel team Business Analysis & Financial Performance con un ruolo chiave nel guidare l’evoluzione dei processi decisionali e delle performance aziendali. Le tue responsabilità includeranno:
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Preparare e gestire il processo di budgeting annuale e i forecast trimestrali, garantendo accuratezza e coerenza con gli obiettivi aziendali.
- Collaborare con le varie business unit per comprendere le loro strategie, tradurle in modelli finanziari e inserirle in una visione integrata a livello aziendale
Analizzare ricavi, identificando trend, rischi e possibilità
- Analizzare i dati su varie linee di prodotto dell’azienda per interpretare trend e fenomeni, trasformando numeri in decisioni concrete.
- Fornire spiegazioni dettagliate delle varianze rispetto a budget e forecast
Reporting & KPI
- Preparare report mensili, trimestrali e annuali per il top management, con KPI e analisi di performance.
- Sviluppare e mantenere modelli finanziari complessi per supportare decisioni strategiche.
Business Partnering
- Supportare le business unit con data-driven insigh
