In this role, you will help keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to the upkeep of the community, while providing the five-star service that makes Mark-Taylor communities feel like home.

Compensation
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $65,000/year.
In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible to receive bonuses based on achievement of operational metrics.
Requirements
3+ years people management experience
3+ years operational and leadership experience in luxury multifamily setting required
Demonstrated coaching and development ability
BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills and professional presence
Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar platforms is especially desirable
A basic understanding of written and verbal English
