Role: Full-time, permanent
Location: Field Emila Romagna - Triveneto

Reporting to the Area Manager, the Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for representing Accord products to physicians and healthcare professionals, establishing product sales and performing total territory account management. This includes providing disease information and education to medical professionals and all external customers involved in the care of patients. It is a unique role with full autonomy and the ability to shape priorities in-line with customers and business needs as part of an Italian launch team.
The KAM is pivotal in supporting the launch and commercial planning, execution, and operational rollout of the chronic assets across their defined territory. She/he will be the commercial point of contact for all customers across the defined territory,
utilizing an omnichannel approach to manage them accordingly.
Specific Job Responsibilities
- Promote Accord’s products and increase disease awareness in line with the approved promotional material amongst chronic hospitals, HCPs and stakeholders within his/her territory, in respect of the local regulations, industry code of conduct, as well as company values and procedures
- Consistently achieve assigned sales target, with focus HCPs in top Tier key accounts and centres of expertise.
- Track and manage performance according to budget and business plan objectives
- Develop, lead and execute the local territory plan with specific goals and targets across the territory and be the local owner of high priority key account plans
- Collaborate closely with market access functions to ensure patients can access therapy at the local level
