The Senior e-commerce Specialist will support the Marketing Manager in managing digital campaigns and e-commerce operational activities, contributing to the acquisition of new customers,
the optimization of website performance, and the planning of commercial initiatives through Email, WhatsApp, Paid Media, and Teleselling campaigns.
Manage and optimize Performance Marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels in collaboration with the team.
Plan the e-commerce promotional calendar.
Monitor website traffic and performance through Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
Collaborate with the Marketing, CRM, IT, and Creative teams on the execution of commercial initiatives.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities to improve e-commerce performance.
Analyze the customer portfolio, and plan, execute, and monitor Teleselling campaigns.
Degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications, or related fields.
At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role.
Interest in digital marketing and the e-commerce world.
