Overview As a Test Automation Engineer at Xylem R&D; Center of Excellence, you will design and implement automated tests to ensure high product quality. You will build test scripts, analyze results, and collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues, while continuously improving testing frameworks and methodologies. Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and testing strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements
Create and maintain clear and detailed test documentation
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
Design and build automated test scripts and frameworks

Evaluate and integrate new tools, technologies, and best practices
Stay current with industry trends and innovation in test automation
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
Experience with embedded firmware and application development
Fluency in English and Italian
Strong programming skills in Python
Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Docker, and regression pipeline management
Familiarity with Atlassian tools: Jira (including RTM plugin), Bitbucket, and Confluence
Strong ability to document, track, and manage project details with precision
