We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead the finance function of our retail business (consumer electronics).
Responsibilities:
Lead financial strategy and support business growth across European marketsOwn P&L; performance, with a focus on margins, channel and category profitabilityDrive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processesOptimize working capital (inventory, cash flow, stock efficiency)Secure and manage financing facilities to support business growthPartner with commercial teams on pricing, promotions, and expansion initiativesEnsure accurate reporting (IFRS) and strong internal controlsRequirements:5+ years of experience in finance, including leadership roles Proven finance background in retail, consumer electronics, FMCG, or distributionStrong knowledge of financial accounting, IFRS, statutory reporting, audit,
and tax compliance, combined with solid FP&A; and commercial finance expertiseSolid understanding of retail KPIs (gross margin, sell-through, inventory turnover)Experience in multi-country European environment is a plusStrategic mindset with a hands-on approach Good knowledge of EnglishStrong communication skillsWe Offer: Opportunity to work for a financially strong, fast-growing multinational company.
