Overview In this role you will drive the development and implementation of Physical Logistics processes across the manufacturing network to optimize end-to-end material flows. You will work within the Central Logistics Department to align logistics initiatives with the overall Supply Chain strategy while boosting cost efficiency, service, quality, and sustainability. You’ll lead continuous improvement and digital transformation projects, collaborating with cross-functional and international teams to standardize practices and share best approaches. This is an opportunity to shape logistics performance in a global manufacturing setting.
Responsabilità
- Coordinate and standardize material flow processes across the Division's manufacturing plants
- Lead packaging optimization initiatives, including packaging master data management, returnable packaging systems, and compliance with sustainability and regulatory requirements
- Support transportation management and optimization by collaborating with sites on carrier performance, service improvement,
and logistics cost reduction initiatives
- Monitor logistics quality, inventory performance, and key logistics KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions
- Contribute to logistics controlling activities, cost-saving initiatives, and supply chain network optimization projects
- Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives, supporting the implementation and adoption of logistics tools and applications
- Facilitate workshops, assessments, and knowledge-sharing activities to promote standards, capabilities, and best practices across plants
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders to deliver logistics initiatives aligned with business objectives
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years experience in logistics and supply chain operation
