Overview You will drive the launch and expansion of an innovative oncology portfolio in Central-Southern Italy, engaging hospitals, cancer centers, and academic partners to optimize patient access. You work closely with cross-functional teams to shape local strategies and pathways, tackling access barriers and promoting evidence-based care. This role offers high-impact interactions with clinicians, payers, and procurement to scale a cutting-edge oncology program. You will be pivotal in building a sustainable regional presence aligned with the company’s mission to transform oncology outcomes.
Responsabilità
- Develop and execute the territory business plan identifying priorities and key accounts
- Build relationships with oncologists, KOLs, multidisciplinary teams, and decision-makers
- Drive product adoption and support the launch of innovative oncology treatments
- Develop deep understanding of territory, competitive landscape and patient pathways
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing and Market Access
- Identify and address barriers to patient access at regional/hospital level
- Engage hospital pharmacists, payers, procurement, and local access stakeholders
- Support product inclusion in hospital formularies, therapeutic pathways and local protocols
- Manage territory activities and resources in line with policies and regulations
Requisiti fondamentali
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- At least 3 years in oncology
- Solid tumor market experience; gynecologic oncology and/or ADCs as a strong asset
- Experience in launching innovative oncology products
- Proven ability to manage complex accounts and build relationships with KOLs and stakeholders
- Good understanding of the Italian oncology environment and regional access dynamics
- Strong scientific acumen with commercial and strategic capabilities
