Responsabilità
Develop and grow the peripherals business across Europe
Build and strengthen relationships with manufacturers and key vendor partners
Lead commercial negotiations, performance reviews, and strategic planning
Own vendor engagement and portfolio expansion strategies
Analyze market trends and distributor dynamics to identify growth opportunities
Maintain accurate reporting and visibility of business performance
Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and other internal teams
Represent the business in vendor meetings and strategic discussions
Requisiti fondamentali
Several years of experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of manufacturers, distributors, and IT channel dynamics
IT market knowledge
Experience in business development, negotiation, and vendor management
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong Excel and Office 365 proficiency
Experience in European markets (highly valued)
High level of English; additional languages are a plus
Commission-driven, adaptable, and business-oriented mindset
Background in peripherals or PC categories is a premio
Experience in multicultural and fast-changing environments
