Responsabilità
- Drive Demand vs Capacity analysis for Engineering Teams
- Analyze quarterly demand evolution to identify trends and variances vs Actuals
- Support accurate and timely vouchering allocation within engineering processes
- Collaborate with Outsourcing Leader and Outsourcing Quality leader to shape the supply base
- Support milestones and Earned Value Management implementation and adoption
- Contribute to functional cost analysis to identify cost drivers and reduction opportunities
- Apply data analytics to engineering processes
- Promote a proactive, data-driven approach across the engineering chain and advocate the mindset
- Build positive relationships with IET Engineering Leaders and Operations to enable decision making
- Communicate results to stakeholders from executives to operative resources
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or Engineering
- Significant experience in Data Management and strong analytical capability
- Proven ability to interact with global, multicultural teams in matrix organizations
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem identification and solution skills
