Title: Accounting Assistant

From private aviation and rare access to world-class events to bespoke journeys and exclusive experiences, we provide tailor-made solutions for the world's most discerning clientele. To support our continued growth, we are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our fast-paced, international, and newly established office in Chiasso.
Manage clients' and suppliers' invoices, verifying their accuracy in our BeConcierge CRM and processing payments in a timely manner
Establish payments through bank transfers, ensuring adherence to payment schedules and terms
Handle banking and card payment transactions on a monthly basis
Prepare and draft monthly financial reports to support reporting and VAT claims
Apply accounting principles and techniques to maintain accurate, audit-ready financial records
Collaborate closely with the wider Finance team to resolve discrepancies efficiently and with precision
Fluent in English; good knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus
Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (or a related field)
Experienced, with at least 6-12 months in an accounting role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
Highly detail-oriented, with strong knowledge of accounting techniques and principles
Based in or around Chiasso (this is a fully in-office position)
A starting salary of CHF 43,500 gross per year, plus performance-based incentives
