Overview
In this role you drive the execution of flare-related projects from scope to shop release. You’ll coordinate drafting, manufacturing, and technical/commercial communications to ensure on-time delivery within budget. You will review designs, manage change, and liaise with customers and internal teams to meet specifications. The position sits in the Flares department within our international environment, offering growth and exposure to complex energy projects.

Responsabilità
- Confirm scope of supply based on customer specs and quotes
- Verify equipment selection and design, performing calculations and sketches as needed
- Coordinate drafting activities and ensure all required drawings are completed
- Review customer markups and guide disposition for final approvals and shop release
- Establish and track job cost budgets with Sales and cost specialists
- Maintain delivery schedule coordinating drafting, purchasing, manufacturing and quality control
- Coordinate pre-ordered materials to meet delivery timelines
- Manage ITP requirements and QC details with Quality Control
- Coordinate technical and commercial correspondence with customers, end users, sales reps, and consultants
- Update and maintain project documentation; create invoices via Excel
Requisiti fondamentali
- Engineering degree
- Proven Oil & Gas sector experience
- AutoCAD Mechanical and Electrical proficiency; Inventor 3D a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; basic PM capabilities
- Fluent in English and Italian
