Overview In this role you will partner with European leaders to define hiring needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions. You will lead end-to-end processes, from role definition to offer management, while building strong candidate relationships and driving inclusive experiences. You’ll use labour market intelligence to shape sourcing and continuously improve recruitment practices. Responsabilità
- Partner with European business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic hiring solutions
- Lead end-to-end recruitment projects from role definition through offer management
- Develop creative sourcing approaches to attract talent
- Build long-term candidate relationships
- Use labour market intelligence and recruitment data to guide hiring decisions and shape sourcing strategies
- Champion an inclusive and positive candidate experience reflecting Arup’s values and culture
- Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools and ways of working
Requisiti fondamentali
- Significant experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Ability to act as a trusted talent acquisition partner
- Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capabilities
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics
