What You Will DoAs a Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule , you will champion our culture and values across every employee interaction and experience.
- Supporting the implementation of the People and Culture strategy and ensuring alignment with the hotel's business objectives.
- Acting as a trusted Business Partner to leaders and managers, providing expert guidance on people-related matters.
- Championing top talent and actively supporting talent management and succession planning initiatives.
- Supporting the hotel's Learning & Development agenda and partnering with leaders to identify and address development needs.
- Building strong relationships across the organization and acting as a coach and trusted advisor to employees and leaders.
