with the objective of supporting the management and coordination of complex technology transformation programs.
The role will be responsible for ensuring the end-to-end governance of strategic initiatives impacting multiple systems and business functions, guaranteeing stakeholder alignment, activity monitoring, risk management, and delivery targets.
Key Responsibilities:* Support the planning and management of complex technology transformation programs, ensuring coordination across multiple project streams.* Collaborate with Technology and Business teams to translate system evolution needs into structured project initiatives.* Monitor program progress through project KPIs, milestones, and performance indicators.* Manage and coordinate program governance activities, ensuring alignment between IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.* Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring continuity and effectiveness of delivery.* Support the definition and
