*- Develop and consolidate your business unit by identifying and enhancing new business opportunities with existing clients and prospects.- Understand clients' needs, negotiate solutions, and propose high value-added consulting services.- Participate in the preparation and presentation of commercial offers.\

*- Build and grow your team of consultants by identifying profiles that best match the objectives of your business unit.- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to attract, select, and hire the best talent in the market.\
