In this role you will lead the strategic development and execution of commercial training and sales enablement across WEU (and CEEMEA for Advanced Surgery), driving sales effectiveness and product adoption. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping capability gaps and learning strategies that translate into measurable business impact. You will build and mentor a regional team, manage budgets and partnerships, and partner with cross-functional leaders to enable transformation and launch readiness. Responsabilità
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial training and sales enablement strategy aligned to global CTSE pillars and enterprise objectives across WEU markets
- Partner with senior commercial leadership to assess capabilities,
identify performance gaps, and prioritize development initiatives
- Create and maintain a multi-year capability roadmap supporting growth, product innovation, market expansion, and changing customer needs
- Ensure training priorities align with global capability frameworks, standards, and strategic initiatives
- Act as primary strategic advisor to business leaders on capability development, learning effectiveness, and sales readiness
- Lead development and execution of training programs with the global COE in CTSE for sales reps, leaders, clinicians, and partners
- Oversee onboarding and certification programs to accelerate time-to-productivity
- Drive sales leadership development, coaching, and performance management programs
- Reinforce selling methodologies, customer engagement strategies, and commercial best practices
