Job Title: Senior Associate/Junior Partner – Transactional
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with experience)
King Law Offices, PC, a well-established and respected transactional firm, is seeking an experienced transactional attorney to join our team as a Senior Associate or Junior Partner. We are committed to providing top-notch legal services to our clients and are eager to welcome a highly skilled attorney to help us continue our tradition of excellence. We are looking to fill this position in the following locations: Columbus (Polk Co., NC), Marion (McDowell Co., NC),
Lincolnton (Lincoln Co., NC), Waynesville, (Haywood Co., NC), Charlotte (Mecklenburg), and Brevard (Transylvania Co., NC).
Responsibilities
Represent clients in various transactional matters, including but not limited to wills and estates, asset protection, business plans, incorporations & LLCs, non-profit 501 (3), and intellectual property litigation
Manage a caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met and providing regular updates to clients
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Engage in negotiation and mediation efforts to resolve disputes amicably
Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless case management
Participate in business development initiatives, including networking events and client meetings
Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals
Requirements
