Overview In this role you will build, manage, and grow relationships with top restaurant partners, acting as a trusted consultant to drive their success. You will use data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration to optimize partnerships and maximize impact. The position focuses on onboarding, strategic guidance, and revenue growth through promotions and menu optimization. You will work with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service to tailor solutions and scale partner performance. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners
Understand partners' goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance
Analyze data to drive operational excellence, growth, and profitability
Drive revenue growth through promotions, marketing activations, and menu optimization
Own partner revenue performance and drive measurable growth
Collaborate with internal teams to implement customized solutions
Oversee partner onboarding in the app from store setup to initial days
Manage operations, marketing, and sales aspects of onboarding
Requisiti fondamentali
~2+ years in high-performance account management or business consultancy
~ Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering
~ Data-driven with strong problem-solving abilities
~ Organized, proactive with time management and prioritization
~ Hands-on and strategic planning capabilities
~ Knowledge of Google Suite; Salesforce is a plus
~ Native level of Italian; proficient in English
