OT Network Engineer
Role Summary
We are seeking an OT Network Engineer to support the design, implementation, and operation of secure, resilient network infrastructure for hyperscale data centre environments in Siziano, Milan. The role supports Operational Technology systems including Building Management Systems (BMS), Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), and other critical site infrastructure.
Working with internal technology,
engineering, operations, and vendor teams, you will help maintain network availability, performance, and security while supporting troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement. This is a hands‑on, site‑based role requiring regular presence across local data centre sites in the Siziano/Milan area.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, maintain, and optimise network infrastructure for OT environments across critical data centre sites.
- Install, configure, and support routers, switches, firewalls, and related network devices to maintain performance, resilience, and service continuity.
- Monitor network performance, investigate complex incidents, work with internal teams and vendors, and help drive root cause resolution and continuous improvement.
- Support monitoring, alerting, backup, testing, validation, and documentation activities across OT network systems.
