You drive revenue growth through promotions, marketing activations, and menu optimization, while owning partner onboarding and ongoing performance. You engage with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and support partners from onboarding onward, contributing to Glovo's growth and partner success.

Oversee partner onboarding from store setup to first days on the platform (operational, marketing, sales)
2-3 years in high-performance account/sales management or business consultancy
~ Experience in FMCG, food-hospitality, or on-demand delivery preferred
~ Bachelor in Business Administration or related fields is a plus
~ Problem solver with data-driven, analytical approach
~ Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
~ Proficient with Google Suite; Salesforce is a plus
~ Native Italian and English proficiency
