BCG Platinion is looking for a motivated and talented HR Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our HR colleagues, supporting a variety of HR processes and activities while gaining exposure to different areas of the employee lifecycle.

What You’ll Do
- Support the HR team with a range of operational and administrative activities, taking ownership of selected day-to-day and recurring tasks
- Manage and maintain data in our HR and Recruiting tools, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates
- Support key HR processes, including recruiting, staffing, or talent&career; development
- Collaborate with the team in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing HR reports, ensuring data quality and providing meaningful insights
- Create,
review, and edit presentations and other HR-related materials in both Italian and English
- Handle sensitive employee and organizational information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
What You’ll Bring
- You hold, or are currently completing, a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and are comfortable working with data, formulas, pivot tables, and analytical models. Knowledge of macros is considered a plus
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent attention to detail
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English
- You are able to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- You are a collaborative team player while also feeling comforta
