Travel Sales Executive Remote

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join us as HEAD OF SALES
on a full-time basis.
Lead, coordinate and further develop the Sales Team, including people management, coaching and employee development.
Secure and sustainably grow the existing business, while defining, managing and achieving sales targets.
Directly manage our Key Accounts and our most strategically important and sensitive customer relationships.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategically expand relationships with customers and business partners.
Act as the key interface between the Sales Team and our production facilities in Romania, ensuring efficient and solution-oriented collaboration.
Develop and implement targeted B2B marketing activities to strengthen brand awareness and our market positioning.
Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events.
Several years of solid experience in Sales, Business Development, ideally in a leadership role or a position with comparable responsibilities.
Strong leadership and team management skills,



with a coaching, motivating and development-oriented leadership style.
Strong customer and solution orientation, with the ability to professionally develop strategic customer relationships and confidently manage complex challenges.
Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent organizational skills and the ability to set priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Knowledge of additional European languages is an advantage.
Very good digital skills and confident use of common IT applications and software.
Willingness to travel regularly for business.
