Job Purpose
The CE EMEA Demand Planning & Order Management Specialist is responsible for leading the demand planning strategy, order portfolio governance, and inventory management processes across assigned EMEA product lines and markets. The role owns the end-to-end Demand Planning process, ensuring alignment between commercial demand, production capabilities, inventory objectives, and financial targets.
Acting as a key business leader, the position drives cross-functional alignment between Sales, Product Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance organizations, ensuring that market requirements are translated into executable and profitable business plans.
The role manages the monthly Demand Review process and supports the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) cycle, driving consensus forecasting, executive alignment, and strategic decision-making.
