Job Description Summary We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People Experience Team and support our talent attraction and recruitment activities.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition within an international company operating in the renewable energy sector, contributing to initiatives that help position Nadara as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities Support the team throughout the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through different recruitment channels
Support the management of candidate pipelines and recruitment activities
Contribute to employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the Communication team
Help build and maintain relationships with universities, schools, and other stakeholders involved in attraction activities
Support the organization of career days, recruiting events, and student engagement initiatives
Coordinate interviews and liaise with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
