Tecnimont is looking for a Construction Subcontracts Manager to join the "Construction & Subcontracting" Function.
Key Responsibilities: During project execution, the Construction Subcontracts Manager is responsible for:
- Ensuring the effective management of all subcontracting activities related to construction, in compliance with company and project procedures (e.g. Project Execution Plan, Construction Execution Plan,
contractual requirements);
- Preparing, obtaining approvals for, and issuing the Subcontracting Strategy, including the Subcontracting Plan, Subcontractors List and Bidder List;
- Coordinating the verification of completeness, clarity and consistency of technical and commercial documentation (Work Specifications, technical requirements, schedules and budgets), ensuring alignment with subcontracting documents;
- Managing the full tendering process towards subcontractors, including preparation of inquiry documentation, NDA collection, issuance of inquiries, and tracking of tender status;
- Coordinating the bid evaluation process (technical and commercial), ensuring proper distribution of offers to the relevant functions and consolidation of feedback;
- Leading the economic and commercial negotiation phases with subcontractors, ensuring continuous update and alignment of offers;
