What will you do?
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order preparation, and shipping to meet fulfillment targets
- Manage inventory control, stock rotation, and coordination of inbound and outbound logistics
- Direct and develop multiple teams, including performance management and career development
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows while ensuring compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures
