Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Rotational Chief Officer for a 70m+ Charter Motor Yacht
Start Date: 15 November
Salary:DOE
Leave: 10:10 Rotation
Accommodation:Shared Cabin
Qualifications:
- Chief Mate 3000 CoC
- Valid STCW
- Valid ENG1
- Schengen visa (where applicable)
- Valid B1/B2 visa
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as Chief Officer on a similar-sized yacht
- Extensive charter experience is essential
- Strong knowledge of yacht SMS and ISM procedures
- Professional, polished and guest-focused
- Clean-cut appearance with no visible tattoos
- Fit, active and dynamic
- Confident leading the deck team and working closely with owners and guests, including children
- Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills
Other:
- Busy charter programme in the Mediterranean, followed by the Caribbean for the winter season
- Joining in Capri, Italy
- The yacht is open to considering temporary Chief Officers available to join at short notice even though the job is a permanent one.
