YOUR ROLE
As a BIM Consultant for Infrastructure, for projects related to various market sectors, you will be responsible for the following activities:
- Analysis of As-Is processes and definition of To-Be flows;
- Requirements gathering and design of integrated BIM architecture;
- Coordination and review of BIM documentation (EIR, BEP, Guides);
- Operational support and BIM coaching;
- Development of automations and templates for Civil3D and Revit;
- Preparation of BIM documentation (PIR, PIM, AIR, AIM);
- Support for BIM Management System certification;
- Training on BIM software and relevant regulations.
YOUR CHARACTERISTICS
- You have a degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and/or similar;
- You have at least 3 years of experience;
- You have experience in BIM design for infrastructure, energy systems, civil and MEP;
- You demonstrate excellent knowledge of Civil3D, Revit, and computational design tools (Dynamo, Grasshopper, etc.);
- You have gained familiarity with BIM documentation (EIR, AIR, AIM, etc.) and digital modeling;
- You demonstrate the ability to analyze processes and information flows (As-Is / To-Be);
- You have a good knowledge of English.
The following will be positively evaluated:
- Knowledge of UNI/PdR 74:2019;
- Previous experience with BIM dimensions 4D, 5D, 6D and related software (Solibri, Synchro, SAP, etc.);
