Senior Development

Within the People Care team, we are looking for a Senior Development & Talent Management Professional.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Lead strategic talent and development projects from design to implementation;
- Design and deliver leadership, acceleration and career development initiatives;
- Support succession planning activities for strategic positions;
- Partner with stakeholders to identify talent and development needs;
- Monitor KPIs and provide insights for decision making;
- Contribute to the evolution of talent management frameworks.
Requirements
- Master degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or STEM fields;
- Strong project management capabilities, stakeholder management, HR analytics;
- 7-8+ years of experience in Talent Management/ HR ro similar fields;
Soft Skills:
- Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels;
What we offer
We offer employment at the manager level with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement.
Gross annual salary ranging between 57K€ and 67K€. The final offer will be aligned with the candidate’s professional experience, technical and soft skills relevant to the role, and may include an individual variable component.
