ASPP - Safety Prevention and Protection Officer

We are looking for an Assistant Health & Safety Prevention and Protection Officer (ASPP) to support the implementation and continuous improvement of our Health & Safety management system. In this role, you will work closely with the H&S; Manager (RSPP) to promote a strong safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to creating a safe and healthy workplace for all employees.Requirements Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Prevention Techniques or a related technical discipline.ASPP qualification in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008 (Modules A and B); additional specialist qualifications are considered an advantage.Approximately 4-6 years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety roles within industrial, manufacturing, logistics or service environments.Good knowledge of Italian Occupational Health & Safety legislation (Legislative Decree 81/2008).Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001); familiarity with ISO 9001 is considered a plus.Experience in workplace inspections,



internal audits and risk assessment activities.Good command of English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively.Accuracy and attention to detail in document and administrative management.Strong coordination and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.Proactive approach, operational autonomy and problem-solving mindset.Ability to work collaboratively with all parties involved in Occupational Health & Safety management.Good communication skills and a practical, hands-on approach to supporting business operations.What we offer:Permanent ContractThe position is classified at level 1 or Quadro of the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for employees of companies in the tertiary sector of distribution and services, CNEL code H011.The gross annual salary f
