Overview In this role you drive revenue growth and value realization across South Europe for Signify, shaping pricing, mix and trade terms in a fast-moving FMCG setting. You will lead IGM/RGM initiatives, translate analytics into actionable actions, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Finance to optimize profitability. Based in Suresnes (Paris area) with possible Madrid or Milan locations, you'll work to maximize value while advancing sustainability goals and cross-functional excellence.
Responsabilità
Own CP execution and value realization through disciplined commercial decision-making
Lead IGM improvement roadmap at cluster and key account level and drive mix optimization
Manage cluster value realization cockpit and monthly MPRs to identify value leakage and drive corrective actions
Champion governance and cross-functional alignment to ensure profitable pricing, terms, and promotions
Foster cultural change to embed fact-based decision making and accountability
Requisiti fondamentali




~ Bachelor or Master in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field
~8-10 years in Marketing, Category Management, Pricing, Commercial Policy, Business Analytics or related functions
~ Proven RGM/IGM experience in FMCG
~ Track record in improving margin, mix, trade terms and pricing
~ Experience with Sales and senior commercial stakeholders
~ Fluency in English; knowledge of French, Spanish or Italian a plus
~ Strong analytical, Lean, and conceptual skills; able to translate data into decisions
~ Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, Helios, Vistex
~ Ability to drive governance and cross-functional alignment in a complex organization
