Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? Borsa Italiana is looking for an FP&A; intern to join the Finance team. The position will be based in Milan, and start in November. gross reimbursement: 800 euro buoni pasto.
Responsibilities: Supporting the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting and forecasting
Analysing Euronext's financial performance and working with division heads to achieve strategic growth targets
Reviewing actual organisational performance against budgets, identifying variances, producing analysis and providing recommendations
Assisting the finance team in the annual budgeting process
Supporting the development of financial models and dashboards
Assisting with ad-hoc analysis and projects as required
Coordinating the financial analysis needs of the company within country or cross-business line segments
Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting
Your profile: Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (completed or in progress)
Strong ability to manage projects and work collaboratively and productively with other departments
Well organised with strong problem solving, conflict resolution and analytical skills
Strong speaking and writing skills, including the ability to produce effective presentations for decision making
Persuasive and able to influence stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Access, SharePoint); VBA programming is a plus
Fluent in English; knowledge of French, Italian or German is a plus
