Frigosystem S.r.l., a leading manufacturer of industrial chillers and temperature control systems based in Caronno Pertusella (Varese), Italy, is looking for a Sales Back Office Specialist to join our growing team.
This opportunity is reserved for candidates belonging to the Italian Protected Categories (Law 68/99).
Your Role
Working closely with the Sales and After-Sales teams and reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for:
- Issuing order confirmations for machines and entering the information required to initiate production orders.
- Issuing pro forma invoices for both EU and non-EU machine orders and monitoring the related process.
- Issuing order confirmations for spare parts and entering the information required to open work orders.
- Managing order confirmations for warranty spare parts and checking material availability through our ERP system (Panthera).
- Providing support to the company reception and switchboard.
- Entering commercial quotations and spare parts quotations into the ERP system.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good IT and digital skills.
- A good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good written communication skills.
