Within the Corporate Bodies Affairs Area and Secretary of the Board of Directors and Endoconsiliar Committees, we are looking for an Expert in the Corporate Secretariat and Corporate Compliance Area for our Rome - Piazza Monte Grappa office.
The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
- Manage the secretariat activities and operational support of Leonardo S.p.a.'s corporate bodies;
- Manage the Board Evaluation process of Leonardo S.p.a.'s corporate bodies;
- Ensure the maintenance of Leonardo S.p.a.'s corporate books;
- Carry out the duties concerning the corporate bodies and relations with supervisory authorities (Consob and Borsa Italiana), in coordination with the other competent organizational units;
- Support the corporate bodies in carrying out Int
