Position Overview
Roboze is looking for a highly strategic and execution-driven Vice President of Operations to build and scale the company’s global operational backbone. This is not a traditional manufacturing leadership role.
The VP Operations must be a transformation executive capable of scaling Roboze into a globally replicable industrial platform,
ensuring operational discipline, execution reliability, supply chain resilience, manufacturing performance, customer production continuity, and global operational governance.
The role combines manufacturing operations, supply chain and procurement leadership, operational scaling, digital manufacturing, ERP-driven governance, factory operating model replication, distributed manufacturing operations, and cross-functional execution leadership.
The VP Operations will work directly with the COO and executive leadership team to build the systems, processes, governance, and operational infrastructure required to scale Roboze globally across machines, materials, distributed manufacturing partners, and customer production networks.
