About the Role
The Senior e-commerce Specialist will support the Marketing Manager in managing digital campaigns and e-commerce operational activities, contributing to the acquisition of new customers, the optimization of website performance, and the planning of commercial initiatives through Email, WhatsApp, Paid Media, and Teleselling campaigns.
Responsibilities
1. Manage and optimize Performance Marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels in collaboration with the team.
2. Monitor KPIs and analyze campaign performance.
3. Plan the e-commerce promotional calendar.
4. Monitor website traffic and performance through Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
5. Collaborate with the Marketing, CRM, IT, and Creative teams on the execution of commercial initiatives.
6. Prepare periodic reports and results analysis,
identifying growth and optimization opportunities.
7. Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities to improve e-commerce performance.
8. Analyze the customer portfolio, and plan, execute, and monitor Teleselling campaigns.
Requirements
1. Degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications, or related fields.
2. At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role.
3. Interest in digital marketing and the e-commerce world.
4. Good knowledge of Excel for analysis and reporting.
5. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
6. Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
7. Knowledge of key SEO best practices.
8. Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
9. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (preferably Magento).
10. Team-oriented attitude and results orientation.
11. Excellent knowledge of the English language.
