The position can be based either in Milan or Florence, with the final location to be determined based on the profile and experience of the selected candidate. /b /p pbThe Senior Leasing Manager will manage the day-to-day leasing activities of the Mall, developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective brands and supporting the effective progression of leasing opportunities and negotiations. The role will manage the leasing pipeline from initial discussions through to agreement and signature, ensuring effective coordination with the relevant internal stakeholders, including Corporate Leasing, Finance and Legal, throughout the deal review and approval process. /b /p pbHow you will contribute /b /p ul liManage and regularly update the Mall’s leasing pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up of ongoing opportunities and negotiations. /li liAct as the main day-to-day leasing contact for existing and prospective brands, building and maintaining strong relationships.
/li liMaintain regular dialogue with brands to understand their business priorities, expansion plans and potential opportunities. /li liManage commercial discussions and negotiations within agreed guidelines, from initial proposal through to agreement and signature. /li liPrepare leasing proposals and support the definition and negotiation of key commercial terms. /li liCoordinate with relevant internal stakeholders on key negotiations and material commercial matters. /li liWork closely with Finance and Legal throughout the leasing process, ensuring that financial, contractual and legal matters are appropriately reviewed. /li liEnsure timely follow-up on outstanding actions, approvals and documentation related to ongoing deals. /li liProvide clear and regular visibility on the leasing pipeline, ongoing negotiations, key opportunities, risks and next steps. /li liMonitor the market and identify relevant brands and commercial opportunities in line with the Mall’s positioning. /li liContribute to the development and optimisation of the Mall’s tenant and brand mix. /li /ul pbWho you are /b /p ul liYou have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, Finance or a related field, with bapproximately 4–7 years /b of relevant experience in leasing, commercial real estate, shopping centres, outlets or a comparable commercial environment. /li liYou have solid experience in commercial negotiations and managing relationships with brands and/or tenants.
/li liYou have commercial and negotiation skills and are comfortable managing leasing activities with a good level of autonomy. /li liYou are proactive and well organised, with strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple negotiations and priorities simultaneously. /li liYou are a strong communicator and relationship builder, comfortable interacting with brands as well as different internal stakeholders. /li liYou are comfortable working cross-functionally with Finance and Legal and within defined approval and governance processes. /li liYou have a pragmatic, hands‑on and solution-oriented approach, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. /li liPrevious experience within a premium, luxury, outlet or shopping centre environment would be considered an advantage. /li liYou are fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken; additional languages would be a plus /li /ul pbWhy work with us? /b /p pThis is an excellent opportunity to join The Mall Simon Luxury Outlets at a time of extraordinary growth, make a meaningful personal contribution, and become part of a thriving team within a luxury fashion environment that offers endless opportunities to learn and grow.
