The role is based in Naples with availability for business travel across Italy. The SITE SUPERVISOR is the key figure responsible for organising, managing, and operationally coordinating a construction site, ensuring compliance with timelines, costs, project specifications, and above all, safety and environmental regulations. This role acts as the technical and organisational point of reference among contractors, workers, site management, and the client, overseeing materials, personnel, and resolving critical issues. /ph3Accountabilities /h3ulliPlanning and Organisation Responsible for site setup, workflow planning, process management, weekly, monthly, and quarterly scheduling, allocation of equipment and machinery, and reporting. /liliCoordination Supervises personnel and subcontractors, ensuring integration and safety. /liliSafety (Legislative Decree 81/08) Ensures compliance with the Safety and Coordination Plan (PSC) and the Operational Safety Plan (POS) by all companies, monitors the use of safety devices, and implements preventive measures. Acts as an interface with the Safety Coordinator (CSE). /liliTechnical and Contractual Management Liaises with the Site Manager, monitors execution according to project specifications, manages relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, prepares schedules and reports, and oversees work accounting.
/liliQuality and Environment Ensures compliance with quality standards and environmental regulations by all companies, monitoring adherence to current legislation. /liliResource and Equipment Management Controls materials (procurement and receipt), manages human resources and contractors, and optimises the use of available resources and equipment. /liliProblem Solving Identifies and promptly addresses technical, operational, or logistical issues to prevent delays. /liliWork Progress Certification Responsible for accounting progress and authorising monthly work progress statements (SAL). /li /ulh3Required Skills / Knowledge /h3ulliProven experience in site supervision, ideally in signalling, infrastructure, or construction environments. /liliStrong knowledge of safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08). /liliExperience managing contractors and subcontractors. /liliAbility to read and understand technical documentation and project specifications. /liliAvailability for national business travel. /li /ulh3Desired Skills / Knowledge /h3ulliPrevious experience in the railway sector. /liliFamiliarity with work progress accounting processes (SAL). /liliKnowledge of quality and environmental procedures. /li /ulh3Education / Qualifications /h3ulliTechnical diploma or bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering, Surveying, or equivalent). /liliCertifications related to safety or site management. /li /ulh3Languages /h3ulliItalian: Fluent (Required). /liliEnglish: Basic to Intermediate (Preferred). /li /ulpAlla posizione si applica il vigente CCNL per l'industria metalmeccanica privata e l'installazione di impianti, con inquadramento nel livello C3, ai sensi della relativa disciplina di classificazione del personale.
