Head of Planning – Replenishment

- Define and execute inventory and replenishment strategies supporting business growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Lead the Planning & Replenishment team
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and other key stakeholders
- Lead inventory management activities across warehouses to maximize product availability, maintain high service levels, and optimize stock investment
- Develop and implement replenishment strategies, planning parameters, and inventory policies
- Drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) process
- Monitor forecasting accuracy, inventory performance, and key supply chain metrics
- Identify improvement areas and support decision-making
- Coach, develop, and lead the Planning & Replenishment team
Requirements
- 8 to 10+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, demand forecasting, replenishment, or planning roles, including experience leading teams
- Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/planning systems and Microsoft Excel
- Fluency in both Italian and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in electromechanical manufacturing environments, or similar industries such as automotive, considered a strong advantage
