Your RoleThe Business Controller acts as a business partner with all stakeholders and supports management in monitoring business performance, ensuring financial control, and driving profitability through accurate analysis and actionable insights.
The role partners with operational and commercial teams to support strategic decision-making, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse monthly management reports and financial reviews, providing variance analysis and identifying key drivers impacting business performance.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment between financial objectives and operational activities.
- Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives, investment projects, and management decision-making.
- Act as a business partner for cross-functional teams, supporting the evaluation of operational and financial performance while challenging assumptions and promoting data-driven decisions.
- Monitor costs, margins, capital expenditures, and investment projects to ensure effective financial control and performance optimization.
- Support internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and financial governance standards.
- Enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and controlling processes, driving standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
