Construction Manager
to oversee new-build and major renovation projects across Italy.
Based in Florence, the Construction Manager will provide hands-on oversight of multiple projects, working closely with ownership, architects, consultants, contractors, hotel operators, and local authorities to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of
quality, schedule, budget, and luxury-brand expectations .
Key Responsibilities
Oversee construction and major renovation projects from pre-construction through completion and handover.
Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
Monitor construction progress, quality, schedules, budgets, contracts, and project risks.
Participate in contractor selection, procurement, contract negotiation, variations, and claims.
Conduct regular site inspections and construction meetings across Italy.
Ensure compliance with Italian construction regulations, permitting requirements, and local authority procedures.
Resolve construction issues and ensure projects remain on schedule and to specification.
Provide clear reporting to senior management on progress, costs, risks, and key project issues.
