Key Responsibilities

Operations Coordination

- Act as the primary interface between the Drilling, Completion and Logistics teams.
- Ensure all members of the drilling organization remain informed of operational progress.
- Coordinate daily operational activities and communicate priorities to all stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless communication between field and office teams.

Drilling & Completion Supervision:

- Supervise the execution of drilling and completion operations in accordance with approved well programs, procedures, and contingency plans.
- Act as the Company's representative on site during all drilling and completion activities.
- Lead operational decision-making during well control situations.
- Plan and coordinate daily operational activities.
- Ensure equipment, personnel, and services are available and fit for purpose before operations commence.
- Verify that minimum safety stock requirements are maintained on location.
- Supervise third-party contractors and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

HSE Leadership:

- Demonstrate visible HSE leadership and promote a strong safety culture.
- Ensure full compliance with Company HSE policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks.
- Ensure all rig personnel understand project HSE objectives.
- Verify compliance with environmental requirements and permit conditions.
- Promote continuous improvement in HSE performance.

Performance & Continuous Improvement:

- Ensure accurate operational reporting using approved reporting systems.
- Participate in incident, accident, near miss,



and non-conformance investigations.
- Develop and maintain lessons learned documentation.
- Evaluate field personnel competencies and identify training needs.
- Continuously improve drilling and completion performance through operational feedback and best practices.
- Contribute to reducing Non-Productive Time (NPT) and improving operational efficiency.

Problem Solving & Decision Support:

- Immediately report unplanned operational events to management.
- Analyze operational issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Propose alternative operational programs where required.
- Implement revised operational instructions following management approval.

Project & Cost Management:

- Contribute to the achievement of project objectives regarding:
- Safety
- Schedule
- Cost
- Operational performance

- Support cost optimization initiatives without compromising safety or operational integrity.
- Contribute to operational planning and continuous performance improvement.

HSE & Compliance Responsibilities

The Drilling & Completion Senior Supervisor shall:

- Demonstrate personal commitment to Company HSE policies.
- Ensure compliance with Company procedures and local regulations.
- Promote ethical conduct and compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct.
- Support HSE initiatives and awareness campaigns.
- Ensure safe execution of all drilling and completion activities.
- Protect Company personnel, assets, and the environment at all times.

Qualifications

Education:





- Engineering Degree or equivalent industry experience.

Experience

- Minimum 15 years of experience as a Drilling & Completion Supervisor.
- Strong experience supervising onshore drilling and completion operations.
- Proven experience managing drilling contractors and service companies.
- Experience acting as the Company's on-site representative.
- Strong knowledge of well control, drilling operations, and completion activities.

Languages

- Fluent English mandatory.
- French and/or Italian are considered an advantage.

The Drilling & Completion Senior Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring:

- Safe execution of drilling and completion operations.
- Prevention of major well control incidents and environmental events.
- Protection of Company assets.
- Delivery of wells within schedule.
- Reduction of Non-Productive Time (NPT).
- Optimization of operational costs while maintaining the highest HSE standards.
