Purpose of the position:
As Expediter Officer, you will respond to the Post Order Function and be part of the Supply Chain.
How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities
- Capability to monitor goods supply progress, with focus on production process lead time and supply delivery dates;
- Knowledge of goods manufacturing and fabrication process. Knowledge of goods supply phases, including engineering, procurement, construction, inspection, preparation for shipment and transportation.
- To visit vendors workshops to analyse the progress status of manufacturing activities aiming to a timely delivery of the purchased materials;
- Knowledge of vendors market;
What are we looking for?
Education:
Master's Degree/bachelor’s degree or tecnhical school diploma, preferred on technical matters;
Experience: at least 5 years
as Vendor Project Manager/Job Coordinator or EPC contractor expediter, within oil&gas; business
Technical/IT Skills:
SAP preferred but not mandatory
What else should you know?
Availability to frequent national travel, often international.
