and **work alongside project managers to drive corrective actions*** Support decision-making by providing **forward-looking views on budgets, risks, and financial performance*** Act as a **bridge between finance and non-finance stakeholders**, making complex topics clear and accessible* Contribute to **client discussions**, bringing financial clarity and strengthening trust**Core responsibilities*** Monitor assigned projects on a monthly basis, ensuring: + Accurate recording of financial transactions + Correct allocation of internal time + Adequate budget coverage* Ensure data integrity within reporting systems and support the transition to **enhanced digital tools*** Review and validate financial outputs before external communication* Translate the financial history and current position of each consortium into **clear, structured reporting**, supporting transparency and governance* Contribute to the **continuous improvement of financial processes and controls**We are looking for a **consultative mindset combined with strong financial foundations**:* Experience in **project controlling, financial analysis, or business analysis*** Ability to **interpret data and communicate insights clearly to non-finance audiences*** Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across teams and geographies* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment* Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented* Strong interest in **process improvement and value creation*** Advanced Excel skills (essential)* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plusThe recommended recruiting range for this role is €28,000 - €32,000. In accordance with local legislation, the salary information displayed applies to Italy only. Recommended recruiting salary bands in other locations will differ.
