Our client is a leading international player in professional services, offering a broad portfolio of solutions. With a strong presence in Italy and a well-established global network, the company is now looking to strengthen its local commercial and sales leadership.
Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Country Manager to develop and implement sales and business strategy for the Country and coordinate the overall corporate strategy with local operations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Board on strategic initiatives
- Manage marketing and sales strategies, increasing brand recognition, loyalty and awareness. Position the company as the Company of choice and undisputed market leader in the market.
- Maintain relationships with customers, retailers and suppliers.
- Review and evaluate competitors
- Create and implement effective business plansDevelop effective action plans and respond to emergencies in a timely and effective manner
- Develop opportunities for expansion of business
- Develop trade marketing plans
- Develop team by recruiting training and motivating people
- Manage projects
Key Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as Commercial Director in professional services
- Proven track record of leading a country or regional P&L; in a B2B and B2B2C environment
- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to grow revenue and build lasting client partnerships
- Exceptional leadership skills — experience recruiting, mentoring, and retaining senior talent
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Italian and English
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you move fast, make decisions with imperfect information, and take full ownership of outcomes.
What we offer
Salary range (Gross annual salary): 100.000 – 120.000 €
MBO : 30 – 50%
