ams OSRAM is seeking a technical leader for HF analog layout strategy in broadband optical communication ICs or related RF ICs. You will direct layout architecture and floorplanning, enforce robust methodologies, and mentor layout engineers while supporting sign-off processes.
Ideal candidates hold a BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of RF/analog layout experience, including high-speed interfaces, matching, shielding, and isolation, and advanced CMOS node exposure.
