amos OSRAM is seeking a senior technical leader to define broadband optical communication IC architectures and roadmaps. You will develop system and IC architectures, translate requirements into specifications, and guide teams through trade-off analyses and validation.

The role requires extensive experience in CMOS nodes (FinFET/FD-SOI) and expertise in TIA, VCSEL drivers, SerDes, PLL/CDR and ADC/DAC architectures, with MATLAB/Python modeling tools.
